The Annapurna Trekking Region was introduced by Jimmy Roberts in 1956 A.D. The aesthetic beauty of the range of Annapurna Himalaya veils the nature with its sparkling snow peaks. Annapurna Treks Region is the second most popular trekking destination in Nepal after Everest Trekking Region. About two-thirds of the trekkers visiting Nepal prefer trekking to this region which was inscribed as an “ Annapurna Conservation Area” in 1986.
