Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu and Transfer to Hotel

Day 02: Makalu Base Camp Trek Berifing, Team Meet up and Free Time In Kathmandu
Today after breakfast you will meet the official person from Trekking Trail Nepal. Today we will discuss about the Itinerary, Things to know, Itinerary, Camps and more about our Makalu Base Camp Trek.
Furthermore you will meet our staffs for Makalu Base Camp Trek, with whom you will spend your quality time.
In addition, to this, you have free afternoon, that you can use for your last minutes shopping and preparation for Makalu Base Camp Trek.

Day 03: Flight to Tumlingtar form Kathmanduand Drive to Num
Fly from capital of Nepal to Tumlingtar then drive to Num (1,980m/6497ft): fifty minutes flight, 3-4 hours drive

Day 04: Trek to Sedua also written as SEDUWA

Day 06: Trek to Kaumma Danda

Day 07: Acclimatization day at Kaumma Danda
Today is the first acclimatization of Makalu Base Camp Trek.
The day off will allow some bodily rest before we take on crossing of the Shipto-La Pass for the next day. For those who wish to explore the nearby surrounding can hike around the area and explore as we can.- Accomodation: Tea House

Day 08: Trek to Dobato
Climb towards the summit of the Shipton La. One Pass we need to care for our Makalu Base Camp Trek.
This steep part of hike takes few hours to cross.
Today we will experience a lot of untouched nature. We start with Kalo Pokhari at 3,930 m which literally means Black Lake. Crossing over the pass of Keke-La of 4,170m, the amazing views of Makalau and its surrounding make our day. We can see the marvelous views of Chamlang of 7,321 m, Mountain Peak 6 and Peak 7 with respective height of of 6,524 m and 6,758 m. After crossing the Keke-La pass, we descend through the beautiful valley to Dobate to spend our night.- Accomodation: Tea House

Day 09: Trek to to Yangri Kharka
From Dobato our trekking trail to Makalu Base Camp passes through the rhododendron forest. This beautiful natural gifts leads to one of the Himalayas roaring River called Barun River. And reach to the upper valley of Barun.
We should be very careful during first two hours of hiking since this part of trekking trail is quite steep, rugged and unstable with amazing views. After this, our hike will be easy, quite and more relaxing and slowly we gain altitude of 3557 meter of Yangri Kharka. The small town of Yangri Kharka is situated at the base of the Barun valley next to the Barun River.- Accomodation: Tea House

Day 10: Trek to Langmale Kharka
With the moderate hiking through the valley of Makalu Barun National Park we more closer to Ultimate Destination Makalu Base Camp.
Today we trek close to Yak pastures, inexperienced lush forests and boulder fields next to the Makalu Base Camp Trekking Trail. Day 11: Final approch to Makalu Base Camp

Here the Trekking Trail is flat with icy glaciers, snow clad of Himalayan Mountains with moving rubbles. Mount Makalu come close to when we approach to Sher-Shong, to take us close to Makalu Base Camp.

Day 12: Making Memoriable at Makalu Base Camp
Makalu Base Camp is mostly rocky barren, Icy cold, with the Views of Mt. Makalu touching sky.
Around the Makalu Base Camp, the big Makalu Barun icy mass on the far side it. From here we are able to see the glorious south face of Makalu and also the complete panorama of mountain peak with its adjoining peak Makalu II.

Day 13: Trek back to Yangri Kharka, Leaving Makalu Base Camp behind with memories

Day 17: Trek down to Seduwa and to Num
