Day 01
Arrival at the Airport and Transfer to the Hotel for Everest Base Camp Trek 2024.
The first day of the Everest Base Camp Trek 2024 Itinerary.
Arrival at Kathmandu. Welcome by a Representative from Trekking Trail Nepal and escort Check into the Hotel and Rest with full details of the Trip and preparation for the Trek Documentation (Travel documents, Insurance copies). Day 02
Fly to Lukla Airport and trek down to Phakding 2,652 m Duration: 3-4 hours.
As to the itinerary for the first day of The Everest Base Camp Trek. Flight to Lukla is like a Mountain flight.
Trek to Cheplung village where the mesmerizing view of Mt. Khumbila can be seen. Then we will head to the Guest house in Phakding for an overnight stay. we will see the amazing beauty of KusumKagraru. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included for the stay.- Accomodation: Tea House

Day 03
Phakding 8699 ft to Namche Bazaar 3443, Trekking duration is about 7 hours.
Itinerary of Everest Base Camp Trek on the Second Day of the Trekking:
Heading to Jorsale Village and Sagarmatha National Park. During the journey, we can view a stunning backdrop of natural beauty along with the old Mani stone walls carved with prayers. Passing the flexuous trail through the national park, we will cross several suspension bridges and pass through solemn alpine forests of pine and cedar. After the strenuous climb up the elevation.

Day 04
Rest day at Namche Bazaar. Hiking Around Namche Bazaar, Everest View Hotel.
Itinerary for Rest Day:
Explore the beauty of Namche Bazaar and a short trip to Syanboche Airport (located at the height of 3700 m) with sightseeing around. Rest day to avoid altitude sickness and vertigo or any health or physical adjustments to be made for the trip. A beautiful view of Mt. Everest for the refreshing and soothing effect of a tiresome trip accompanied by a short excursion of Everest Photo Gallery and the Sherpa Culture Museum.

Day 05
Namche Bazaar to Tengboche, 3860 m or Debuche 3,790 m.
Start with breakfast heading to Dudh-Koshi Valley at Phungki-Thanka. Visit the Tengboche Monastery situated at an altitude of 3860 m, surrounded by Mt. Everest, Mt. Ama Dablam, and other mountains. Overnight at Guesthouse. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included.

Day 06
Tengboche Monastery 12660 ft to Dingboche Valley 4410 m.
Reach Debouche via the Imja Khola and then head up towards Pangboche, lying between copious Mani stones, and then to the popularly known “Summer Valley” – Dingboche with the breathtaking views of the Lhotse, the AmaDablam, and the Island Peak. End of the Sixth day of Everest Base Camp Trek with Trekking Trail Nepal by resting at the guest house for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Day 07
Acclimatization hike to Nangkartseng Hill 4900 m and back to Dingboche 14464 ft.
Hiking trip to Nangkartseng Hill which is at a distance of approximately 5 hours, a spot for the panoramic view of Lobuche East (6119 m), Lobuche West (6145 m), Kangtega (6685 m), Taboche Peak (6367 m), Thamserku (6608 m), and AmaDablam (6856 m). An unforgettable view of Mt. Makalu (the world’s fifth tallest peak) can be seen if the weather seems favorable. After lunch, a relaxing sunbath can be taken to relieve the stress of hiking. Overnight stay at Dingboche for the day including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Day 08
Dingboche valley to Lobuche 4910 m crossing Thukla Pass.
Start with breakfast at Dingboche heading to Lobuche. Walk of about 5 hours crossing a small lunch town called Thukla. On the way down to the Khumbu Glacier. We can enjoy the magnificent views of the exhilarating mountains of Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Pumori, Mahanlangur Himal, etc. covered with colorful prayer flags around the Chortens and the Mani stones. After arriving at Lobuche, we will check into the Guesthouse for the overnight stay with all meals included.

Day 09
Exploring Everest Base Camp 2023 and back to Gorekshep 5181 m.
The celebration of the Success of Everest Base Camp Trek 2023, in The Base Camp of the World's Highest Mountain.
We will begin the trek for about an 8-hour walk from Lobuche to Everest Base Camp via Gorakshep 16994 ft. It will take about 2 – 3 hours to reach Gorakshep. We will enjoy the beauty of the Khumbu Glacier on the right throughout the walk enjoying the amazing Khumbu Icefall as the glittering white Confetti flying in the air. After arriving at the Everest Base Camp. We will rest for some time in the exotic nature of Mt. Everest and its surroundings. The privilege of being able to make it to the Everest region is worth some to travel to a foreign land and cherish the beauty we have endeavored during the trek. Then we will head back to Gorakshep and stay overnight at the Guesthouse with all meals included.- Accomodation: Tea House

Day 10
Sunrise hike to Kala Pathar 5545 m/18188 ft and trek down to Pheriche.
A cardinal day to trek up to Kala Patthar. Plans for the Eleventh day: The central spot for the fascinating views of Mount Everest along with Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Chagatse, Mt. Lhotse and Mt. Pumori, etc. The hike leads back to Gorakshep and walks down to Pheriche ( 4210 m/13809 ft). Overnight at the Guesthouse, breakfast, lunch, and dinner included.

Day 11
Trek down to Namche Bazar from Pheriche.
A hike descending to Pangboche following to Phungki Thanka along the Imja River, via Kyangjuma way back to Namche Bazaar. Overnight at the Guesthouse, breakfast, lunch, and dinner included.

Day 12
Namche to Lukla 9184 ft, trekking down following same trekking trail.

The enchanting views of the plains, rhododendron forests, and snow-covered peaks are very mind-relaxing. A celebration can be organized for the success of the memorable trip to the Everest region. Day 13
Early flight from Lukla to Kathmandu, End of Everest Base Camp Trek with Trekking Trail Nepal.
Early morning flights back to Kathmandu will give us spare time to rest or explore around Kathmandu or shop for gifts or souvenirs for family and friends. The Lukla flight is exciting but scary. After the guide will drop you at the hotel, he might leave unless you invite him for a meal. As this would be the last meeting with your guide for this Itinerary of Everest Base Camp Trek, you would give him some gratitude if you are satisfied with his services and friendliness.

Day 14
End of Everest Base Camp Trek 2023. Departure or extend your trip with Trekking Trail Nepal.
