  • Day 01: Welcome to Kathamndu, Nepal for Everest 3 High Pass Trekking.

    The Everest Three High Pass Trek day starts today. When you arrive at Kathmandu airport, we will pick you up and transfer you to the hotel. Once you reach and check into a hotel, you will have free time to relax so that you adjust yourself to the Kathmandu atmosphere far away from your home. Then, you can take some wanderings around. We will be giving you some guidance on how to do that if you feel the need.

  • Day 02: Flight to Lukla and Trek to Phakding

    We check out our hotel early in the morning and drive to the airport for the exciting flight to Lukla. The flight is a fantastic mountain flight that takes us into the Everest region. After landing at the Lukla airport, our trekking adventure begins and our destination for the day is Phakding which is about four hours of walk. Thus, the very first day of Everest Three High Pass Trek is a short walking day.

    Once we reach Phakding on the bank of Dudh Koshi River, we check into our tea house and spend relaxing moments.

  • Day 03: Trekking from Phakding to Namche Bazar.

    The Itinerary of day 3 of the Everest Three High Pass Trek adventure takes us into the Sagarmatha National Park. When we reach Monjo, we check into the National Park security check post before trekking further ahead. After check-in, we start walking towards Namche Bazar as our destination for the day.

    Namche Bazar is the most famous and beautiful village in the Everest region. It is also an important commercial center of the area. Once we reach this beautiful Sherpa village, we can see a beautiful view of Thamserku.

  • Day 04: Acclimatization Day

    We are on the first acclimatization day as Everest Circuit itinerary on the trek. We spend our day at and around Namche Bazar doing some hikes to help ourselves adjust to the high elevation climate. We can hike up to the Everest viewpoint above Namche Bazar, and if weather permits, we will be able to enjoy the first-ever view of Mt. Everest. A full day of hiking and exploration around Namche Bazar will prepare us for the higher elevation ahead on the trip.

  • Day 05: Trek from Namche to Thamo.

    We part from the Everest Base Camp trekking trail today and head towards Thame. Thame is one of the most beautiful Sherpa villages in the region where many Everest summiteer Sherpa were born. It provides the best ethnic Sherpa cultural experience of the Everest region. As the trail to Thame parts from the Everest base camp trekking trail, we can feel the peace and meet only fewer people along. Once we reach Thame, we can settle into our tea house and explore around the place.

  • Day 06: Trek from Thame to Lungden.

    Our adventure on the Everest Three High Pass Trek is getting more exciting and heading towards the wilderness. The walk today takes us to Lungden through an amazingly peaceful trekking trail with breathtaking surroundings and views. Lungden provides a fantastic experience of mountain surroundings and peace. Once we settle into the tea house, we can laze around to explore more of Lungden.

  • Day 07: Trek from Lungden to Gokyo Lake Valley crossing Renjo La Pass.

    Our adventure of the 7-Day Itinerary starts early in the morning, heading higher up towards Renjo La, the first of three high passes that we are crossing on this trip. It is an enormous effort required this early morning to go higher towards the excellent mountain pass. We walk higher with a slow and steady pace along the well-paved trekking trail and eventually emerge into the Renjo La pass at the elevation of 5,360 meters above sea level. A spectacular view of the mountain peaks helps us forget all the challenging effort and tiredness and engross at the moment of peace and joy.

    After spending some time at the pass, we descend towards Gokyo Lakes to stay overnight on the shore of the third lake.

  • Day 08: Gokyo Ri Hike and Gokyo Lake Valley Exploration

    It is a fantastic day of hiking to the Gokyo Ri, an excellent vantage point to behold one of the best views of the mountains in the Everest region. An early morning hike to Gokyo Ri takes us there to enjoy the spectacular sunrise over the mountains. We spend memorable times there and enjoy the view of mountains and surroundings before heading down to Gokyo. Later in the afternoon, we will have time to laze around Gokyo Lake and explore more of the beautiful place.

  • Day 09: Trek from Gokyo to Thagnak.

    After amazing feats on the Renjo La pass and Gokyo Ri, we take an easy day walk today to Thagnak. The trekking adventure today goes only for around four hours before we reach the destination. We will have incredible views of the mountains and, of course, of the surroundings. Once we get to Thangnak and settle into our tea house, we can take some leisurely wanderings around the place.

  • Day 10: Trek from Thagnak To Dzongla crossing Cho La pass.

    Today is another important day of the Everest Three High Pass Trek, although every day of the trip is a special day. We will trek over Cho La pass, the second high pass that we are crossing on the trip. The first part of the day takes us higher towards Cho La pass at an elevation of 5,420 meters above sea level. After the Cho La pass achievement and enjoying beautiful moments there, we slowly and carefully start descending towards Dzongla, the destination for today

  • Day 11: Trek from Dzongla to Lobuche.

    It is the day that retakes us to meet the regular Everest base camp trekking trail when we reach Lobuche to stay overnight. Today’sToday’s walk brings beautiful views of mountains in the region, including Lobuche peak, which is an acclimatization peak for many of Everest climbers. Once we reach Lobuche, we will take our time to explore around the place. We have already walked over two of the high passes, and now the significant attractions are Everest base camp, Kalapatthar viewpoint, and Kongma La pass, third of three keys.

  • Day 12: Trek from Lobuche to Gorakshep and sunset hike of Kalapatthar 5,545m

    The 12th-day Itinerary of Everest Three High Pass Trekking adventure takes us to Kalapatthar viewpoint, the highest elevation of this trip. Thus, we have finally come to the day to trek to the trip’s highest point, although we have done several higher elevation walk so far on this trip alone.

    We walk to Gorakshep, which is our overnight place, and check into our tea house. We relish our lunch at the tea house and start again on the adventure walk to the Kalapatthar viewpoint which lies 5,545 meters above sea level. We eventually make it to the destination, Gorakshep, to stay overnight at a slow and gradual pace.

  • Day 13: Sunrise hike of Everest Base Camp 5,364m and trek back down to Lobuche.

    Although we had already achieved the highest elevation of our trek yesterday, we will walk to the leading destination of the Everest base camp. We walk ahead towards the base camp of the highest mountain in the world at a slow and gradual pace. We follow boulder-strewn terrain to reach the Everest base camp eventually. We spend memorable moments there taking pictures and enjoying a joyous time.

    Later we return to Gorakshep, check out the tea house, and walk further down to Lobuche to stay overnight.

  • Day 14: Trek from Lobuche to Chhukung crossing Kongma La Pass.

    We are going to trek over the third high pass of this Everest Circuit Trek. Crossing Kongma La pass at the elevation of 5,535 meters above sea level is a real feat early this morning. Kongma La is the highest of all three passes that we trekked over on this trip. We set off early morning towards the pass and enjoy beautiful views from there. Later, we descend to Chhukung to stay overnight. Chhukung is an overnight place for the adventurers heading towards Island peak to summit the beautiful mountain.

  • Day 15: Trek from Chhukung to Pangboche crossing Dingboche valley.

    On the Itinerary of day 15 of the Everest Three High Pass Trek, we are traversing the trekking trail from Chhukung to Pangboche. First, we walk to Imja Khola, cross the river and walk to Pangboche to stay overnight. Pangboche is one of the biggest villages in the Everest region that hosts beautiful Sherpa culture and Buddhist monastery. Once we reach Pangboche and check into the lodge, we can go out for an exploration walk around the village. In addition, we can visit the Buddhist monastery to learn about the monastic tradition and Buddhist cultural and spiritual values.

  • Day 16: Trek back down from Pangboche to Namche Bazar.

    The destination for our walking adventure today is Namche, and the walk goes via Tengboche. Tengboche is a beautiful village in the Khumbu region that is usually a stopover place for regular Everest Base Camp Trekkers. Once we reach Tengboche, we will go to explore a beautiful Buddhist monastery there for some time.

  • Day 17: Trek from Namche Bazar to Lukla.

    We are on the 17th day’s Itinerary of this Everest Circuit trek and the last day of the trekking part on Everest Three High Pass Trek adventure. We are trekking back to Lukla today. The trekking trail goes down via Monjo, Jorsalle, and Phakding along the Dudh Koshi River bank and eventually reaches Lukla to stay overnight.

    The challenging trekking adventure over three high passes in the Everest region, in addition to the Kalapatthar viewpoint and Everest base camp, comes to an end here. We bid farewell to our amazing supporting crew being thankful for all the help they provided us to make this trip safe and successful.

  • Day 18: Fly back to Kathmandu from Lukla, and free day.

    After a beautiful and memorable trekking adventure and peaceful time in the Everest region, it’s time to get back to the city’s civilization. We get ready early morning for our flight back to Kathmandu. Once we reach Kathmandu, we will have time to rest and relax. Then, we can wander around at a leisurely pace.

  • Day 19: End of Everest Three High Pass Trek.

    As the final day of the trip, it’s time to say goodbye. We will be at the hotel to see you off at to airport for your last departure flight as per your flight schedule. We heartily thank you for being on our Everest Three High Pass Trekking. We also hope that the trip must have given you an incredible experience. We would like to hear from you and welcome you back to Nepal sometime for another adventure.
