TEMPERATURE AND RAINFALL OF NEPAL

CLOTHING FOR NEPAL

For clothing, layer up underneath the windproof gear. A simple cotton pullover can often do the best of keeping you warm beneath your outer shell. Lightweight to sturdy walking boots will be useful. Make sure you have good quality strapped sandals especially for river adventure or common walking. Bring long underwear, not only for cold weather but also for camp use and as extra cold protection at night.
